eSigma is free? Will it always be?

Publishing, consuming, and monitoring your Web Services will always be provided to you and your business at no cost. To further validate our position in providing those capabilities to the market for free, we developed an Open Source offering allowing you to have those capabilities locally if you desire.

Are there limitations to my account?

There are no restrictions to the core services we provide at esigma.com. We will soon begin releasing commercial services that will enhance your Web Services, designed to provide a layer of process assurance.

Who's responsible for maintaining my Web Services?

Ultimately the publisher is responsible for maintaining the operating platform and managing any system alerts provided by eSigma. If your Web Services requires a higher level of security and reliability, eSigma can provide you with those services for a fee.

What about my data? Who controls it?

All of the information you publish or provide on eSigma.com is property of the provider. You can export all of your data any time in the form of an XML document. Information about the performance of your Web Services will be stored in our Meta-data repository for consumers to review and analyze.
