Message from the Founder
"Thanks for stopping by eSigma.com and taking the time to understand what we are about and how we are going to help you transform the way your business collaborates using the Internet. For the past few years we have been building our solution model, patiently waiting for the market to catch up with the idea of a service-oriented business process.
Our original charter was to provide a public directory for Web Services so that organizations could begin the process of evolving their IT infrastructure using this new standardized method of process collaboration. We have met that milestone and will now provide that capability as an Open Source offering. Today, eSigma is the only standards-based consortium for publishing, managing and consuming Web Services on the planet and we will soon change that.
We will also execute on the commercialization of our solution model while maintaining a focus on providing value to our community of Web Service consumers and providers, continuing to act as a public servant. Understanding the evolution of our market, we decided to organically build our business, using sound business practices before seeking venture capitalization, recognizing the failures of many of our predecessors.
The knowledge that we have mined during the last few years has provided us with a sound road map, based on a combination of user and system feedback. It is with this data that we will begin rolling out products and services focused around the basic concepts of publishing, consuming and managing Web Service-based business processes securely over the Internet.
To our existing users and service providers we appreciate your continued involvement and look forward to better collaborating with you in the future. We decided to re-write our entire application infrastructure using pure XML so we have been unable to focus on adding and enhancing features. We will soon begin making a number of announcements relating to the products and services we are ready to offer, so stay tuned.
Thank you for your time and continued support, and make it a great day!"
